About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
3. Design graphic user interface elements.
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
5. Develop low fidelity, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like.
6. Create original designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. user flows, fall-outs, reasons of churn).
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Skill(s) required: Figma, Information architecture, UI & UX Design, User Interface (UI) Development, Wireframing

Other requirements
1. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (usability, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility).
2. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
3. Strong attention to detail and a sense of visual aesthetics.
4. Ability to think from a user’s perspective, not just a designer’s.
5. Good communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
6. Open to feedback and willing to iterate quickly.
7. Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new ideas.
8. Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
9. Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
10. Interest in real-world problem solving through design, not just making things look good.
