1. Who we are and what this is

UX Jobs (at uxjobs.onyxdigi.com) is a curated job board for UX, product design, research and related roles, operated by Onyx UX Studio (“Onyx”, “we”, “us”). Every job listed is sourced and hand-checked by our curator before it is published. By using the site, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or subscribe. The service is intended for job-seekers; we do not offer employer accounts or job-posting in this version of the product.

3. Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are created only via Google sign-in — we do not collect or store passwords. You’re responsible for keeping access to the Google account you sign in with secure. We may deactivate an account that we reasonably believe is being misused (for example, sharing paid access, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent payment activity); where we do, we’ll tell you why if you ask.

4. What membership includes

Visitors can browse job titles, level, location, experience and a redacted description for free. A paid membership additionally unlocks the employer’s name, the full original job description, and a direct application link, for as long as your membership stays active. Membership does not guarantee you will be hired, shortlisted, or even contacted by any employer — we curate and verify listings, we do not make hiring decisions.

5. Pricing and billing

Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and is inclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, as chosen) until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, we give you a short grace period (currently 3 days) to update your payment method before access is paused — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, systematically copy, or redistribute job listings or employer information found through membership; share your paid login/session with people who haven’t paid; use the site to harass, impersonate, or defraud an employer or another user; or attempt to bypass the membership paywall by any technical means.

8. Job listings — accuracy and third parties

We check every listing by hand before publishing and again periodically afterwards, but listings originate from employers, recruiters, and public job boards we do not control. Roles can close, change, or be filled without notice. We are not a recruitment agency, we are not a party to any employment relationship you may enter into, and we are not responsible for an employer’s conduct, hiring process, or the accuracy of information they provided to us. The “Apply” link takes you to the employer’s own application page or process.

9. Your CV and content you upload

If you upload a CV, you confirm it’s your own and that you have the right to share it. You control whether your CV share page is public via a toggle in My CV; it’s off by default. You can delete your CV at any time, which removes the file and disables the share page immediately. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and protect it.

10. Intellectual property

The Onyx name, logo, “UX Jobs” branding, and the site’s design and curated content (including redacted descriptions and curator notes) belong to Onyx UX Studio or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. Original job description text remains the property of the respective employer or source.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx UX Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, a job listing, or any dealings with an employer found through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your Account page.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [YOUR CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Indian law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
