The company provides a modular banking platform that helps financial institutions, especially small and medium-sized banks, digitize quickly. The platform combines a backend core and a frontend experience layer, offering a full suite of modular banking services through a single integration, with intelligence and compliance built into its architecture.
It is a B2B platform with offices across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, owned by a regulated financial-technology group.
Who are we looking for ?
At the company, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI Design Intern to join our forward-thinking, inquisitive 16-member and growing Design team. We value individuals who have a strong visual sense, curiosity to learn, ownership mindset, collaborative attitude and the ability to think beyond just screens. Attention to detail, consistency, willingness to iterate and excitement for building scalable product experiences are qualities we highly value in this role.
How will you contribute to the company?
As a UI Design Intern, you will contribute to:
– Product interface design for web and mobile platforms
– Design systems and reusable component libraries
– Wireframes, UI explorations, High-fidelity screens and prototypes
– Client-specific modules within a larger product ecosystem
– Internal tools and engagement workflows
– Visual consistency and scalable UI patterns
– Cross-functional product brainstorming and ideation
You will not just “make screens.”
You will help build experiences that are scalable, reusable and product-driven.
Must have skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field (preferred).
– Good understanding of UI design fundamentals like typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy and color usage.
– Hands-on proficiency in Figma with surface knowledge of components, auto-layouts and reusable styles.
– Basic understanding of user experience, wireframing and responsive design principles.
– Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
– Good communication, collaboration and openness to feedback.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.
Good to have skills
– Understanding of design systems and scalable component thinking.
– Knowledge of prototyping and micro-interactions.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams during execution.
– Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma Dev.
– Interest in branding, illustrations, system design, AI-assisted illustration generation and exploring modern AI-driven design trends.
Stipend
INR 35,000 / Monthly
