We’re hiring a Design Manager to lead a team of product designers owning core consumer-facing digital experiences — authentication, account access, dashboards, transactions, servicing, and alerts — that are used daily by financial institutions and their customers.
You’ll manage, coach, and grow a team of product designers, setting quality bars and career development paths, running critiques and design reviews, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and research leaders across geographies. You’ll own end-to-end design quality and delivery against the roadmap, champion adoption of the design system, and help shape design strategy for this part of the platform.
We’re looking for 8+ years of product design experience including 3+ years directly managing designers, a strong portfolio showing both craft and team leadership outcomes, experience shipping consumer products at scale (ideally in fintech, banking or another regulated industry), and comfort operating in an agile environment across distributed, multi-timezone teams. Fluency in Figma and modern design systems practice is expected.
