We’re looking for a senior design leader to help guide a global design organization supporting a suite of financial technology products. This is one of two senior leadership roles within the design function, blending creative direction, process innovation, and team development across multiple regions.
You’ll mentor and guide design leads and their teams across several international locations, ensuring design excellence and consistency across high-impact tools used by both business customers and end users. Responsibilities include driving UX strategy across multiple product lines, overseeing the full visual design process from concept to engineering handoff, conducting and applying user research, and championing design systems and standards.
You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into product roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis, and develop journey maps and prototypes. Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-timezone collaboration skills are essential.
Candidates should have a degree in visual design, HCI, or related field, 5+ years of UX/UI design experience across platforms, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
