We’re looking for a senior product design leader to help shape the user experience of a consumer-facing mobile app aimed at a young demographic. Design is central to this product’s success, so we need someone with a deep understanding of design principles who won’t compromise on beauty or usability.
You should have 3-8 years of hands-on experience owning UX/UI design for consumer-facing apps or websites, with strong skills in user research (personas, journey mapping, competitor analysis), and advanced proficiency in tools like Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Protopie, or After Effects. Familiarity with web/app development handovers is important.
Responsibilities include leading design projects end-to-end — from kickoff and research through stakeholder presentations, building user interfaces across web, mobile app, and other touchpoints, mapping user personas, and working closely with engineers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
