We’re looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of product designers working on an enterprise service-management software platform. You’ll coach and grow a team of designers, partner closely with product management and engineering leadership, and help shape design strategy and craft quality across a key product area.
Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing design team, driving design process and quality bar, collaborating cross-functionally with research, content design, and engineering, and representing design in broader organizational strategy discussions.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in UX/product design leadership, prior experience managing designers, and a track record of delivering complex B2B software experiences. Experience working in distributed, cross-timezone teams is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India.
