Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS-based products, preferably within the Healthcare / HealthTech domain. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX fundamentals, exposure to 3D animation / motion design, and a good understanding of frontend development.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS-based web and healthcare products.
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
– Design responsive and consistent experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
– Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
– Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
– Apply 3D animation, motion graphics, and micro-interactions wherever required to enhance product experience.
– Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
– Conduct user-centric design thinking and continuously improve usability and overall product experience.
– Understand SaaS product workflows, dashboards, user roles, and complex data-driven interfaces.
– Ensure designs follow modern UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability principles.
Mandatory Skills :
– 2–5 years of relevant UI/UX Design experience
– Experience designing SaaS-based products
– Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech domain
– Good understanding of Frontend Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design concepts
– Exposure to 3D Animation / Motion Design
– Strong proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools
– Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems
– Strong understanding of responsive and user-centric design
– Good communication and stakeholder management skills
– Willingness to work in Night Shift
Good to Have :
– Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks
– Knowledge of Blender, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
– Experience designing healthcare, medical, hospital, or HealthTech SaaS platforms
– Experience with dashboards, analytics platforms, admin panels, and enterprise SaaS applications
– Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare UX considerations
