The company provides a modular banking platform that helps financial institutions, especially small and medium-sized banks, digitize quickly. The platform combines a backend core and a frontend experience layer, offering a full suite of modular banking services through a single integration, with intelligence and compliance built into its architecture.
It is a B2B platform with offices across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, owned by a regulated financial-technology group.
Who are we looking for ?
At the company, we’re looking for a UX Design Intern to join our forward-thinking, inquisitive 14-member and growing Design team. Someone who is eager to take on real-world challenges, contribute to the UX process, and help shape meaningful experiences in the fintech space.
The team plays a critical role covering areas such as user research, user experience and interface design, branding, visual design, animation and motion graphics. We believe the following qualities are important for someone in this position:

How will you contribute to the company?
You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, fellow UX and UI designers to:
– Contribute to ongoing UX work by shadowing and working under the mentorship of senior designers across the company’s product pillars.
– Participate in the end-to-end UX process — from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and design hand-off.
– Conduct user research, synthesise insights, and translate them into design decisions.
– Translate complex financial and technology concepts into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces.
– Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to maintain design consistency across product touchpoints.
– Contribute to the evolution of our design system and UX patterns.
– Share ideas openly in company-wide product review sessions and incorporate feedback constructively.
– Stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and methodologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Must have skills
– Familiarity with common design tools such as Figma.
– Ongoing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
– An approach of using First Principles for solving problems — simple or complex.
– Ability to ideate and empathise to create impactful designs. Familiarity with research and UX methodologies.
– Ability to identify, ideate and solve for UX challenges.
– Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design basics.
– Comfort with articulating your thoughts to communicate within and across teams.
Good to have skills
– Exposure to design systems and component-based design thinking. Interest in fintech, financial wellbeing, or B2B SaaS products.
– Familiarity with prototyping and motion principles to communicate interaction ideas.
Stipend
INR 35,000 / Monthly
