Refund policy

Plans and billing

UX Jobs membership is available Monthly (₹500, inclusive of GST, renews every month) or Annual (₹4,500, inclusive of GST, renews every year). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A GST invoice is emailed after every successful payment.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep full membership access until the end of the period you already paid for (your “paid-until” date, shown on your Account page). We don’t pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period you’ve already paid for and had access to, since cancelling doesn’t end your access early.

Failed or missed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for a 3-day grace period while you update your payment method from your Account page. If payment still hasn’t gone through after that, your account reverts to visitor view — nothing is deleted, and your saved jobs, alerts and CV all come back automatically if you rejoin.

When we’ll issue a refund

We’ll refund you if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge), or
  • You were charged due to a verifiable error on our part.

To request one, email us within 7 days of the charge at the address on our Contact page with your account email and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card network. A credit note is issued alongside any GST-inclusive refund.

What we don’t refund

We don’t refund a renewal that went through correctly simply because you forgot to cancel, didn’t use the membership, or changed your mind after the period started — you had full access for that period. If this doesn’t feel fair in your situation, write to us anyway; we review genuine cases individually.

Changing plans

You can switch between Monthly and Annual from your Account page. Switching ends your current plan at the next renewal point and starts the new one — see your Account page for the exact effective date before confirming.
