We’re hiring a Director of Product Design to lead design for a SaaS/software product organization. You’ll own the end-to-end UX process—from discovery through delivery and iteration—and help shape product strategy and design quality across the team.
The ideal candidate has at least 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in a design leadership or management role. You should have deep expertise in UX methodology and mastery of Figma and modern design tooling, with proven experience designing complex, data-rich, or technical products such as SaaS platforms, developer tools, or productivity applications.
Candidates should come from SaaS, software, or IT services startups or scaleup companies. This is a leadership role requiring both strong individual design craft and the ability to guide and mentor a design team.
